Located on a beautiful, secluded beach in Farmers’ Hill, Exuma, with access to 2 other nearby sandy beaches, here you can enjoy Exuma’s sun, sand, surf, and snorkeling. This spacious 3500 sq. ft. home with two, 2-bedroom cabanas sleeps up to 16 persons (mix of max. 12 adults plus children) and offers a private pool and hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, spacious deck, snorkeling kits, kayaks, fun and relaxation. A large, partially covered 2500 square foot furnished deck contains the outdoor kitchen and lounge area wrapping around the Infinity pool, and offers a breathtaking view and direct access to the beach and the crystal blue ocean.
The home is just a short drive from the Exuma International airport, Emerald Bay Marina, local restaurants, and Sandals, for golf enthusiasts.
The waters off our beach are a snorkelers’ delight! The locals often mention memories of catching lobsters in the rocks just offshore.
For those who wish to explore a bit further, at low tide there are larger, also secluded beaches on either side of our Treasure Cove that you can walk or kayak to. Want to enjoy a day of golf? It’s a short drive to Sandals for a day pass.
Dining out is close by. Visit Grande Isle Resort’s 23˚ North Beach Club or Palapas Restaurant for a lovely lunch or dinner just minutes away. A bit further you can enjoy great dining at Coco Plum Bistro, or for casual local fare, there ae several nearby takeaways that serve delicious Bahamian food.

GETTING TO TREASURE COVE
Treasure Cove Beach House is a 7 minute drive from Exuma International Airport (GGT) in Georgetown. GGT can be accessed by commercial flights from Toronto-Pearson (seasonal), Miami, Charlotte (seasonal), Nassau, Atlanta and Fort Lauderdale. Private charters are also available.
GETTING AROUND EXUMA
Car rentals are recommended when visiting Exuma, especially if you want the flexibility of touring around the island, going out for dinner or meals, picking up groceries, and more. The Bahamas being a former British Colony, drivers must KEEP LEFT on the roads. A number of Taxi services are also available if you prefer not to drive, or for Airport transfers. Contact us for details on service providers.
NEARBY AMENITIES & SERVICES
Georgetown offers several grocery and liquor stores, as well as The Straw Market for local crafts, bags, souvenirs. Exuma offers a number of great restaurants such as Coco Plum Bistro just 15 minutes’ drive from the house, and Palapas and 23° North just a 5 minute drive away. The Rusty Anchor at February Point. Copia at Peace & Plenty, Driftwood Café & Pizza are located in Georgetown. A must-visit though a few minutes further, is Blu on the Water Restaurant & Bar in Rolletown (a favorite!). Little Exuma’s Williamstown has Tropic Breeze as well as Santana’s Bar & Grill, and Mom’s bakery for freshly baked goods. No visit to the Exumas is complete without dining on its fresh seafood – conch salad is famous at Chat n’ Chill on Stocking Island. Ask us where you can purchase local fresh grouper and lobster to grill on the BBQ!

Family stay for Milestone Birthday
Our stay was excellent. A perfect amount of room for the 8 adults and 5 children. Enough room for each small family to have their own space. The views, pool and beach were all amazing. Anytime we had a question, even if not related to the house itself the host answered the question in a timely manner and all suggestions perfectly met our needs.

Great Family Vacation
The house was amazing. The pool is terrific and the ocean is fantastic. Snorkeling right off the beach was a lot of fun. We also went to Pretty Molly Beach which was like glass. Exuma Market is the best place to shop for food. Mikes Pizza is pretty good. Property managers and owners are great.

Fantastic Trip!
I really cannot say enough positive things about the property and the Owners/Managers.
The week we (7 adults, 2 teens, 1 child) stayed was absolutely wonderful all around – both the weather (Sunny and never above 81 each day) and our relaxation/family time.
The home, being new, is beautiful. The lay out, as commented upon by other guests, is fantastic for both space and comfort. Definitely a great place for a large family/group gathering – set up for maximum fun time as well as allowing an ability for everyone to have their privacy and personal space for naps/rest when desired.

Family Beach Holiday
This home is amazing. The layout is fantastic. There is plenty of common space to eat, talk and play games inside the main house. Bedrooms are perfect for private space and naps. We would go from the pool, to snorkeling out front. to the hot tub, then the kayaks and then do it all over again. We loved it. Vanessa and Cecil are easy to get in touch with and so helpful, warm and kind. Booking was a breeze. We will be back.

Beautiful Location
We enjoyed a wonderful, peaceful vacation. Short drive from the airport to the property. The views were amazing, the accommodations were perfect – very clean with all of the amenities of home. The hosts were very accommodating, quick to respond and answered all of our questions. We really appreciated their recommendations regarding places to visit and all the great places to eat. They also recommended a place that is close to the town where you can rent a boat and tour around Elizabeth harbour. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub and private beach and mornings on the deck watching the sunrises. We will definitely be back.

Amazing!
We can’t begin to describe how beautiful this place is! From hearing the ocean waves just outside our bedroom to an evening hot tub, our week was incredible. The home has everything you might need, and our hosts were so helpful. We hope to return!
