The commercial airport  is Exuma International Airport (GGT). Direct flights are available from /connecting through the following airports:

  • ATL – Atlanta, USA

  • FLL – Fort Lauderdale, USA

  • NAS – Nassau, Bahamas

  • YYZ – Toronto, Canada

A vehicle is strongly recommended if you wish to tour the island, stock up on groceries, dine out, etc. You can arrange for a rental vehicle to pick up on arrival at the airport (there are several agencies located there), or if you prefer not to drive, our property manager can help arrange taxi/van services. Please see map under Helpful Information on your Beach House’s page for exact directions from the airport.

YES, each home has a large Smart TV in the great room/living room, and smaller Roku TV’s in each bedroom and cabana. The wifi is quite good, you can easily stream your favourite shows on Netflix, Prime, Tubi, and other streaming services.

YES, internet is provided through BTC and is reliable most of the time – and is usually quite fast. There is Wi-Fi at each house (and cabanas, if applicable).

YES. We suggest you check your carrier’s plans, use the WiFi or look into using a Bahamas SIM card.

We have several single person kayaks and 1 double-person kayak at each home, with paddles and life jackets. We also have inflatables, snorkelling gear, beach chairs and umbrellas. We have sand toys for small children, as well as a variety of water game items.

You can connect to the Bluetooth speaker available to use in the main house.

You can obtain Bahamas dollars in Exuma, and US dollars are accepted at par to the local currency of Bahamas dollars. If you need extra cash, there are a couple of banks with ATMs in the main town of George Town. Although many places take credit cards, it is a good idea to have extra cash in Exuma, as the credit card machines don’t always work, and some of the smaller businesses don’t always accept credit cards.

YES. Our very helpful property manager can arrange this for you.

There is one house cleaning for your arrival, which is included in your upfront fees. If you require further housekeeping, it is at an additional fee paid directly to the service provider. Our property manager can assist with arrangements and pricing this service for you.

Yes!! we work with a number of excellent chefs and caterers to help you coordinate this service. Our amazing local chefs love cooking at our homes for guests, and our fully-stocked kitchens help! Menus and pricing for the fresh, local food prepared for you and your guests vary by provider, and should be discussed directly with the chef and their teams.
Our property managers are nearby and available 24-7 during your stay if you need area information or assistance with anything on the property.
Arrangements and payment for additional services are made directly with the service provider by guests. For services such as pre-stocking groceries, payment is made through our property managers before, during or at the end of your stay, as applicable.
